Freyaz,
Thank you for all the training, support
and guidance over the years. The continual
instruction, those years ago, seemed tough
and ever so detailed. It has proven to
be invaluable. By utilizing the training
provided we are both so much more capable
in our positions. Nivi has picked up the
torch in your absence and has taken on
the enormous task of steering us on our
career paths. I am sure I speak for Jenna

Hi Freyaz,
It was so nice to have you here and instructing

Hello Freyaz!
I wanted to tell you that all of us
here in reservations, have taken the
training very seriously. Everyone has
been working on their team work. It
is especially gratifying to me since
I was the real new person and was not
feeling like a real part of the team
before the sessions.

Hi Freyaz,
I want to thank you again for all you
have done. I am feeling good about me
(it’s been a long time).
I am still working on things and happy
to tell you that finally I got my feet
out of the box. Your class had such an
impact on me, you opened the door, I admit
I was scared, but knew I had to do it.
I am thankful.
My professional life has most definitely
seen a change. My friends are also beginning
to notice the difference in my attitude
and mindset. My friend Debbie asked me
the other day “Donna, is that really
you?” Freyaz I am still smiling.
What a feeling!
As a final point I thought you should
know, last night I was talking with my
mother and she looks up, clasped her hands
and said, “Thank you Freyaz”.

Good Morning Freyaz,
Hope you are having a warm wonderful

great informative training class. I
