KurNiv's
Leadership Workshop CEOs,
General Managers and Directors across various industries
came together for a 2-day workshop which combined both
dynamic dialogue & interactive activities to build
& enhance leadership skills.
Putting
It Into Practice By
the time participants left our workshop they were
already able to put into practical use the
learning. The 2 days ended with leadership and
management specific role plays which allowed
participants to understand how to practically deal with
difficult discipline, team motivation & other
workplace challenges.
